At United States Real Estate Corporation, we offer a Revenue Sharing Program because we solidly believe our agents associates should be treated like team members. Revenue Sharing is exactly what it sounds like. We share up to 13.5% percent of every transaction with the agents who help grow our company. We do it because that’s how you treat team members..

At United States Real Estate Corporation we SHARE all the Company’s gross income generated by your recruits and those that follow. . This means all the company’s monthly, annual and transaction fees generated by their recruiting efforts in which residuals are calculated on a multi-tier structure up to (7) seven levels down.

REVENUE SHARE
It works like this: If you recruit an agent, you receive 5% of their gross commission. Period.

Even better, you keep receiving that amount on each of your recruits transactions and you receive 2.5% from the commissions of any agents your recruits have recruited and another 1.25% from third level recruits and another 1.% from forth level recruits, and another 1.% from fifth level recruits, and another 1.25% from sixth level recruits, and another 1.5% from seventh level recruits!

RETIREMENT
In real estate you make money only when you are working, when you decide it’s time to retire you receive 75% of your Revenue Share Profits for life!

BENEFICIARY
Your Beneficiary will receive 50% for their life, a great way to leave a legacy.
